Quasar: Production Notes, volume 1 [ch.9(11)]
No spoilers, just general commentary.
Swiftly running out of pre-planned chapters, began to feel nervous, so I went back to the storyboarding stage mid-chapter…
And it turns out that Quasar isn’t as complicated as I thought.
Oh sure, it’s complicated. Set up to be convoluted, ridiculous, with nonsensical shenanigans and a bunch of ~symbolism~, but… not as complicated.
I never realized how much time I spent trying to simplify all my concepts so they’re simpler to explain and comprehend, but mindblowing once analysed.
…which nobody is going to do. So that means writing style modification so they’re mindblowing without the analysis, and just mindscrew when analysis is involved.
Oh, brain. Why are you so inadvertently genius, but so much so you torment by mocking my ignorance? :(
